Yakjah is a stakeholder-driven multicultural gendered space for developing youth peace leaders and cultivating a culture of justice, accountability and vulnerability. We use culture, storytelling, arts, dialogue and experiential activities for the transformation of individuals and responses to conflict. We also advocate and promote the agneda of Women,Peace and Security, Sustainable Developemnt Goals, National Policy on Education and National Policy on Women’s Empowerment in India We have four primary programmes. They are:

i) Youth Expression and Leadership
ii) Mind Space and Well Being
iii) Media and Cultural Narratives
iv) Women, Peace and Security
