While she works with clients of all backgrounds, her coaching and facilitation work particularly focuses on supporting women clients. Raashi also collaborates with non-profit organizations that focus on promoting youth leadership, security, gender equality, and sustainable development. Raashi has a background in the fields of security, journalism, and technology with over five years of experience working with technology start-ups in Silicon Valley in leadership positions.

Originally from India, Raashi is currently based out of the San Francisco Bay Area and works with individuals and organizations globally.
